UPDATED: 1:08 am EST November 23, 2011

Authorities have found an 88-year-old Lincoln woman who disappeared from her home on Tuesday.Agents said Barbara Henry was last seen about 1:30 p.m. at her home at 67 Mansion Hill Drive. Police said she was last seen in her front yard raking leaves.Fish and Game officers found Henry Tuesday night. She was discovered in a wooded area in Lincoln. She was cold but safe, they said. With a snow storm bearing down on the area, rescue crews said they knew they had to find Henry fast."We stopped to whistle …she moved and I looked over and she was just standing there. It was a really happy moment, and these guys warmed her up and carried her out," said Amanda Perl, of New England K9 Search and Rescue.Fish and Game officers carried her out of the woods to safety."She is responsive, she is very cold and right now the main thing is to get her out so we get medical care to her," Lincoln Police Chief Theodore Smith said.Rescuers carried her out of the woods, wrapped up head to toe to warm her up. Her family was waiting at the ambulance to see that she was alright.Authorities used a reverse 911 call to aid in the search. Crews said it took them about seven hours to find her.Agents with New Hampshire Fish and Game, the Lincoln Police Department, New England K9 Search and Rescue and a New Hampshire State Police helicopter were dispatched to the search.Residents and travelers were also asked to keep a look out for Henry.
